About the Event
A practicable, hands on, course suitable for all levels of experience. Bringing a thick slice of France from the cafes of Paris to the boloungeries of Provance to our Yorkshire market town Bakery. You will not only produce the classic baguette, you will also create a rustic pain de campagne, a traditional fougasse and a buttery indulgent brioche.
Please note that there are stairs up to the academy and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
