Bread Making


Suitable for those who have attended the introduction course or those who are simply more confident in the kitchen.


This course will continue with the same relaxed, informative and fun ethos as all the courses at Brickyard Academy but will delve a little deeper into the science and advanced practical skills of breadmaking and focus particularly on sour dough breads.

Classes are on a Saturday from 10am - 4.30pm


Arrival from 9.50am with coffee, tea and pastries


Refreshments available throughout the day


Lunch is provided buffet style


Cost per person per class £120

All courses are transferable to another person and the attendee

will be required to fill in a registration form on arrival
