Suitable for ALL levels

This one day course is ideal for anyone who loves to start their day with a fresh pastry but is constantly disappointed by the sad, stale items available form your local supermarket!

Work with Ed our master baker as you learn how to create wonderful patisserie, learning such skills as  lamination, folding, rolling and shaping dough.

During this one day course you will learn how to make your own puff pastry, and make a range of pastries including croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries and palmiers.

Classes are on a Saturday from 10am - 4.30pm

All courses are transferable to another person and the attendee

will be required to fill in a registration form on arrival
