A practicable, hands on, course suitable for all levels of experience. Bringing the flavours of France from the cafes of Paris to the boulangeries of Provence to our Yorkshire market town Bakery.
You will not only produce the classic baguette, you will also create a rustic pain de campagne, a traditional fougasse and a buttery indulgent brioche.
Classes are on a Saturday from 10am - 4.30pm
Arrival from 9.50am with coffee, tea and pastries
Refreshments available throughout the day
Lunch is provided buffet style
Cost per person per class £120
All courses are transferable to another person and the attendee
will be required to fill in a registration form on arrival
