Patisserie Saturday 6th May 2023

This one day course is ideal for anyone who loves to start their day with a fresh pastry but is constantly disappointed by the sad, stale items available form your local supermarket!

Work with Ed our master baker as you learn how to create wonderful patisserie, learning such skills as lamination, folding, rolling and shaping of dough.

On this relaxed and fun filled course you will learn how to make your own puff pastry, and make a range of pastries including croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries and palmiers. Please note that there are stairs up to the academy and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
