Afternoon Tea Saturday 28th Jan 2023

Learn the secrets of a wonderful afternoon tea from perfect light scones to a buttery fluffy Victoria sponge. Our Master Baker Ed will guide even the most unsure cook through the secrets and techniques of baking the delicate sweet and savoury treats associated with this much loved ritual. You will even make the perfect bread for your cucumber sandwiches!

Lunch on this course will be substituted with Afternoon tea where Ed will discuss some of the finer points of etiquette and history behind this very British favourite. Please note that there are stairs up to the academy and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
