About the Event
Bread Making, The Next Level is suitable for those who have attended the introduction course or those who are simply more confident in the kitchen. This course will continue with the same relaxed, informative and fun ethos as all the courses at Brickyard Academy but will delve a little deeper into the science and advanced practical skills of bread-making and focus particularly on sour dough breads. Please note that there are stairs up to the academy and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
