About the Event
At this fun festive, and informal one day course you will learn how to make the most amazing Stollen, Panettone, and some rather special mince pies, as well as other festive goodies, under the gentle guidance and infectious enthusiasm of Brickyards Master Baker Ed. Please note that there are stairs up to the academy and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
