About the Event
This fun and informal one day course will prove that everyone is capable of producing wonderful bread at home.
The day will focus on introducing you to the practical skills of kneading and shaping a variety of different breads under the gentle guidance and infectious enthusiasm of Brickyards Master Baker Ed. Please note that there are stairs up to the academy and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
